I am home in Minnesota for the weekend so I can't talk about what I am seeing outside in Eau Claire. However, I would assume its very similar to the weather here. We had a bit of a storm last night and got some precipitation, this time in the form of rain rather than snow since the temperatures are above freezing. It says that Eau Claire is getting rain right now.

Current conditions

Temperature: 37°F
Wind: 9 mph from the South
Pressure: 29.89 in and dropping
Humidity: 96%
Dew Point: 36°F

The high humidity makes sense because it is raining - the air is very saturated.

You can see the rain over Eau Claire on this map - as well as the low right above Wisconsin - probably why the pressure reported that it was dropping steadily.

It looks like we are going to get cooler temperatures in the beginning of next week. However, hopefully once that air from Canada moves through we can get into warmer temperatures.
