 This is the current surface map right now...most of the isobars are pretty spread out, therefore the pressure gradient is low. This can be seen over Eau Claire and is why we are not getting any high speed winds.

The rest of the day and into the night will remain about the same, except for slowly falling temperatures of course. Tomorrow the winds and temperature will remain the same although the humidity will increase and there is a chance of snow in the night.
